I engaged Betsy Salcedo and Gregory Gahan to help with two cases. Gregory was completely unprepared for my hearing. Behind my back and without my permission he emailed the opposing party asking for a Motion for Continuance. Meanwhile I had waited for 6 months for this motion to be heard because of Covid and the death of the presiding judge. We had a witness subpoened and extensive exhibits, Gregory failed to defend me. I was pigeon holed into an awful agreement. When I asked 3 times to get a copy of the email that was sent to the opposing party the attorneys refused. I was forced to terminate both lawyers. Unprofessional, unprepared, disorganized, missed deadlines. Drained my money and my time. Unfulfilled promises. Extremely disappointed with both Betsy Salcedo and Gregory Gahan.
