I called his office 20 mins past my scheduled court time and his office told me they could not contact him. Lucky for me this was dismissed. However Mr. Mowrer still charged me for a service he was not at, as well as travel time from Albuquerque to Rio Rancho for this case. I called, and I cannot speak with him directly, I cannot clear this issue and he's continuing to bill me. Stay Away!!
