He was really great for my divorce but didn't help a friend of mine with his very well at all.

A crook! If you hire this man you'll waste precious time and $! Worse than losing vauable $ and time you will be the laughing stock of the District Court. Basically stamped "Idiot" on your forehead in the court system. Heed reviews if anything matters to you.

Hired Attorney Mr. Fred Martinez

The only thing I would recommend Fred Martinez for is an opposing counsel position because he did that poor of a job. Even then I don't think I would be as mean recommend his services to my worst enemy. Would give no stars if possible.
