We called to speak with their partner Elizabeth Heaphy regarding a family business matter. The staff was so condescending and paranoid, it made the entire process nearly impossible. They felt so throttled and controlled that I felt bad for them. When we finally made it through, Heaphy was incredibly condescending and rude. She did not even listen to our concerns, kept interrupting us, because somehow it seemed she knew more than everyone else on Earth. The feeling I got was that this entire office needs a vacation away from one another at the minimum. Huge waste of time. Even bigger disappointment.
