Ms. Chapman graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. In 1999, Ms. Chapman received her Juris Doctorate from the University of New Mexico School of Law. Ms. Chapman was admitted to the New Mexico Bar in October 1999. She is licensed to practice in New Mexico State Courts and was admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in January, 2000. Ms. Chapman practices in the areas of bad faith, coverage, medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, personal injury, employment issues facing employers, oil field injury litigation and construction defects. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
