He told me what I should expect to get in WC wages and then he bargained WAY lower than that and told me I would have to deal with the insurance company and their nonpayment of my wages and care for 9 more months while I waited for a hearing if I didn't accept it. AFTER he did this, he admitted that he had messed up and offered to charge me less than the usual fee. He charged the full amt anyway. NOT client advocate!
