About Danielle Ceballes

Danielle Ceballes is a native New Mexican and a second-generation lawyer. Danielle has been an attorney at Bencoe & LaCour Law since she graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2020. During law school and throughout her legal career, Danielle has exclusively worked for plaintiff’s attorneys, devoting her time to helping people and families injured by the negligence of others. Danielle is passionate about honoring her clients’ stories and prioritizes getting to know them on a personal level so she can fiercely advocate for the justice they deserve.

Danielle was born and raised in Alamogordo, New Mexico as the eldest of four girls. She was inspired to pursue a career in law because of her admiration for her Dad, David Ceballes, a lawyer and former District Attorney, and whom Danielle considers her first mentor, role model, and best friend.

Danielle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from New Mexico State University. As an undergraduate she participated in many extracurricular activities but was most proud of her time spent as President Pro Tempore of the Associated Students of New Mexico State University Senate and as a member of the Pride of New Mexico Marching Band. After graduating from NMSU with Honors in 2016, Danielle fulfilled a dream of working as a Cast Member at Walt Disney World for a year through the Disney College Program before starting law school at UNM.

When she is not working, Danielle enjoys being outside, traveling, and all things Disney. More than anything in the world, she loves spending time with her husband, family, friends, and puppies.
