I would not recommend Cody or the The Family Law Firm by Felissa Garcia as a whole. During initial interview, they appeared confident, client-service oriented and responsive. I found none of these to be true. I have worked in large firms so I know what service should be and what fees are realistic. Mr. O'Brien did not return phone calls, did not familiarize himself with my case, was interrupted by cell phone calls during my hearing, and his cockiness was anything but impressive to the judge.
