I found Tim Mortimer to be one of, if not the best, attorney I have ever retained. He was very knowledgeable,understood exactly what I was needing help with, communicated with me every step of the process. Returned calls in a timely manner, which I really appreciated. His billing was pretty much right on to what he said it was going to run. I have used different attorney throughout my life, and this was the most understanding, helpful, trustworthy attorney I have ever dealt with. 100% satisfied.

I contacted Business Law South West Attorneys and spoke with Alicia an attorney there briefly about my situation regarding trademark infringement. After her research, the next day she contacted me via email stating that the company that infringed on mine has legal ground. Then from there she continued by stating facts that’s are 100% not facts FYI Invalid Research Than continued by breaking are appointment. I understand my case may be SMALL to this Company but I am very disappointed.
