Betsy was a God send. She helped me to facilitate my divorce and I truly feel like if I had hired someone else, I wouldn’t have got what I did. She was very reliable and had great communication with me. She would send me updates from time to time without me having to reach out or she would reach out just to see how I was doing during the whole matter.
After my common law wife and mother to our only child past away from illness my son and I were devasted. She had left a life insurance policy for our only son. I went to Betsy Salcedo to help with the proceedings in order to claim the funds for our child’s life insurance policy. It was a long grueling process but Betsy Salcedo and her associates made it their goal to stand with me during this process. After the big insurance company buried us in processes in order to release the funds Betsy and associates took each request head on. Hearings with the state of New Mexico were a required process which she represented me and my son to the fullest extent of the law. We were finally awarded our claim with the help of Betsy and associates. Betsy was very professional and pleasant to work with. Her demeanor is strong and diligent. She is always completely honest and upfront. She would directly inform me of updates that were out of my control while still producing favorable results. Not greedy.
I engaged Betsy Salcedo and Gregory Gahan to help with two cases. Betsy was the presiding attorney on my case. Betsy was eager and quick to take my money. Betsy did an awful job overseeing Mr.Gahan's work despite assuring me multiple times they were prepared for my hearing. A hearing I had eagerly waited 6 months for because of Covid and the death of the presiding judge. Betsy has a bad habit of speaking over people. This attorney is a Smoke and Mirrors Sideshow. We had a specific plan, spending a lot of my own time and money preparing exhibits, exchanging emails, preparing for my hearing. Betsy and Gregory ruined my hearing. They were completely unprepared and went behind my back emailing the opposing party a motion for continuance without my knowledge or permission. When I asked 3 times for Betsy and Gregory to provide me a copy od this email, they refused. I was forced to terminate both Betsy and Gregory. Negligent, incompetent, disorganized, will miss deadlines.
