Batley Family Law, P.A. is a law firm established in 1993 with an office in Albuquerque, NM. At this office location, there are 4 lawyers practicing divorce, collaborative family law, family law and 15 other areas of law.
My first interaction with Batley Family Law was a difficult and stressful divorce a couple of years ago. They handled the situation with compassion, discretion, determination, and knowledge that I continue to appreciate to this day. The second, recent situation they handled on my behalf has only reinforced my views on this law practice. They were able to bring the situation to a positive outcome with empathy, intelligence, and diligence. I would absolutely use their legal team again in a heartbeat if the need arose. They utilize individual strengths within the team to insure the approach to a situation is smart, efficient, and in the client's best interest.
I stayed with my lawyer whom as transferred from a different Law firm prior to this, my lawyer is amazing and to my believes is a great asset to the firm. Totally recommend this firm as well as my lawyer. Thank you for all you have done for me.
It was a huge mistake to hire Lauren Riley. A grueling experience entirely. In my experience, I felt like I was on trial without a lawyer trying to explain my situation to the person I had hired to represent my case. She wanted to proceed with a blasé "cookie cutter" approach- never wanting to be bothered with the details of my case. So, I was constantly having to explain my position. After charging $4000 they want yet another $2000 before even representing me at trial.
