Atkinson & Kelsey, P.A. is a law firm established in 1967 with an office in Albuquerque, NM. At this office location, there are 4 lawyers practicing adoption law, alimony, annulment and 60 other areas of law.

I used the Atkinson and Kelsey firm for the past 20 years. In general the firm was very professional and helped me through a difficult situation. Mr. Feder took over my case about 6 years ago when Mr. Sprague passed away. Mr. Feder has an outstanding understanding of family law and the court system, He helped me understand my case and what to expect. I recommend Mr. Feder for his exeplary work and "no nonsense" understanding of family law. It was a pleasure working with him.
Edna Sprauge is a disgusting excuse for a human being, i’ve watched her blatantly lie in court. I’ve seen her use evidence that she manufactured in court as well. She doesn’t care about anything other than imposing her will onto people. She has some issues with men particularly. Stay away from associated with her. Clearly she has a sad home life and takes it out on families at work.
These people are horrible, Virginia Dugan and Edna Sprague specifically. very poor attention to detail, requiring almost all of their work to be re-done, and of course billed twice. I've watched Edna Sprague lie in court, blatantly. She's dangerous, stay away.
Hiring this law firm to handle my divorce case was the worst experience of my life. I got so fed up with my lawyer (Virginia Dugan) and her poor representation that I had to retain a different lawyer. And then when I tried to communicate my disappointment and frustration with Ms. Dugan, I got the brush off from the firm. The services provided by this firm are weak and overpriced. Do yourself a favor and find another law firm!!
