Alain Jackson would file emergency motions constantly and annoy the judge. When he had taken before the court that my ex was perjuring herself he failed to alert the judge that a member of the bar, and the opposing parties attorney was set to testify against his ex client. Therefore losing my custody case and equal parenting.
