Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Aida Medina Adams and her team were extremely helpful and I am grateful that they helped make the experience easier for me and my family. Aida is understanding and skilled, and I recommend trusting her if you need help with your social security disability claims.
She either does not know the procedures of law, or, willfully ignores the law. see coa 34327
Aida and her assistant are unprofessional and incompetent, and even likely negligent. They represented me on a SSDI claim and missed a very important deadline on the appeal. I was constantly calling, texting, emailing and it would take repeated efforts to get them to reply. I kept detailed records on our communication and had to correct them on dates and details of the case history, after providing it to them several times. They always worked on things at the last minute (on days information was due to SS), and thankfully I was available to take their call, otherwise, if they could not reach me, I would not have been able to provide the necessary information. I always worked under the wire as I had to correct information they put together. They DO NOT pay attention to details. It is not my nature to give such a poor review, but given what I went through, I strongly suggest you stay away from this attorney.
Incompetence at it's finest. One year WASTED with this firm. Jill and Aida were entrusted to help with my grandaughter's disability case (Autistic/non-verbal/5 yr old). They notified my daughter that the case had been denied 6 mths AFTER the denial. Ruining her chance for appeal. Now she has to start over AND the SS Administration did not even recognize them as her attorney(what the hell did they do?). They are CLUELESS as to how this affects peoples lives. When my daughter insisted on answers over the phone they had the nerve to hang up on her. My daughter has e-mails/texts asking every month for an update. We will report them and show our proof to the Social Security Office and then to whatever Board has issued/accredited these bumbling fools.
