It could have been an embarrassing situation but Mr. Rollema was very kind about everything.

He didn't do any rebuttal. Even when I asked repeatedly, he kept delaying when I should get character witnesses, and then when I tried, everyone had commitments and I had < 1 > to my perjuring spouse's < 4 >. He never tried to argue the perjury that I pointed out.
However, he did allow me to pay my bill over time with payments, and his retainer fee, while I had to borrow it to pay, wasn't $3-5000 like the other attnys contacted for the custody fight.
