Andy is a brilliant attorney with integrity. I needed to hire an attorney that was fair, but fearless in the face of opposition. I knew that I would have a tough case. I interviewed several attorneys before hiring Andy as my attorney. I was not disappointed. His courtroom techniques were impeccable. In addition, he worked diligently and expediently to obtain the best possible outcome for my case.
Did not represent client at all to the tune of 3500 dollars.. I thought he was great when he won custody for granddaughter.. 12 yrs later too good too represent same client as he should have.. did nothing!!! No kids except when she says.. no house anymore layed off from job and he wants more money!!!!! These are different children..took to the cleaners!! No I would not recommend him!!!
Att Dan Miller said my case was easy and should not cost more than $2500. In the end it was an easy case and it cost $4500. A rip off. They bounced me around to get me on the schedule and I paid for their bouncing me around. The cost of scheduling a court date and having pre-hearing were not explained. The use of all my funds BEFORE the court hearing was not explained as a likely possibility. I was wrongfully sued and court lasted one hour to clear my name and Dan Miller did fine in court. I told Dan I wanted attorney fees paid by the plaintiff and it was not explained I would have to counter sue and schedule another hearing to go back to court again and what the time line or procedure was for that. Att Dan was sick and they left me hanging. I have had to use 2 other attorneys and I had no issues with either of those experiences. I was treated like I was an inconvenience and like expressing any criticism was a threat. I feel taken advantage of. I would not use them again.
