Hired Attorney

I put together the bulk of the evidence (comparable properties) when grieving my property assessment (which was unfairly high and resulted in high taxes) but only received a very small reduction on the property tax assessment from the city. I do not know that if I had attended our hearing on my own (without Mr. Dempf) that I would have been as successful in lowering my property assessment. Mr. Dempf was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and kind, and I appreciate his guidance and help.
