My case was held by Mr. Granich without getting a medical review for 6 months. He failed to disclose to me that his mother worked for the Drs Med Mal insurance carrier. There was no movement on my case at all and I finally took it away from him. I was able to get competent representation that obtained medical certification in 2 weeks and I was able to take legal action against the physician who destroyed my life. Mr. Granich's behavior was unprofessional and unethical.
