Jorge has wide-ranging experience in governmental affairs and policy during his tenure at the New York State Senate. He has advised on the drafting and analysis of health care and insurance legislation, served as a lead negotiator on key matters during state budget and end-of-session negotiations, and collaborated with numerous state and federal agencies on behalf of the Senate.
