Mr. Dunne oversaw an estate which he dragged on for over 8 years. He didn't provide the beneficiaries with anything even close to what he should have throughout the process. He still refuses to tell us how he charges or what the invoice is. Now, he is asking the court to approve his invoice for all the years. Evidently, he is going to get his fees approved by a court without any of the heirs getting to see his charges prior - really? Court approved, no oversight. Unethical if not illegal.
