Ms. Marshall brings experience advising clients on complex regulatory, environmental and energy matters. She has represented renewable generation and transmission developers in proceedings before the New York State Department of Public Service, including matters under Articles 10, VII and VIII, and has guided clients through the State Environmental Quality Review Act process. Her experience also includes environmental and regulatory due diligence, hazardous waste compliance and telecommunications regulatory matters.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Marshall was an associate at a regional law firm where she focused on renewable energy and infrastructure development matters.
