I was involved in an automobile accident that involved one vehicle and a pedestrian. I was concerned about the actions that could be taken against me in that situation. Mr. Cost went over the incident with me, and advised me of the steps I should take to keep compliance with my own insurance company. He was very knowledgeable of the process and what could potentially take place if the other party involved sought legal action. He was very confident and followed up with me months later.
