Cassandra Basile joined Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP in June 2025 as an associate in the Environmental practice group. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Basile served as Attorney Advisor at the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 2, where she advised on enforcement matters regarding compliance with the Clean Air Act’s National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPs).

Ms. Basile earned her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, where she was part of the Environmental Law Review. She graduated with her M.A. from Columbia University after earning her B.A., magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Binghamton where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
