We used Black, Custer & Lynch for the closing of a real estate sale. But the firm held the check from the bank 4 days after closing and cost us a lot of interest. Very frustrating when everything is done and you have to wait for the transfer to be completed by someone taking their time.

My husband and I attended the Black, Custer and Lynch office for a house closing, the attorney, Mr. Lynch wasn't very professional- it was a serious thing and he joked the entire time. The buyer received her house keys, the Real Estate Agent received her commission check and after 45 days of closing time, they did not have our check ready and we had to leave without a check. We did not receive our money until 4 days after the closing date- very frustrating.
