Hired Attorney Thomas R. Houlihan

I hired him to appeal a judge’s reconsideration of a final judgment which is void by law. He instead argued everything else under the Sun to drive up the bill . And he sure did drive up the bill. I finally won the case, when I replaced him. He is not trustworthy. Funny, he works for Amourgis now, who is even more untrustworthy

Response from Thomas R. Houlihan
In fact, I did get Gary's 2011 ruling vacated. Then, Gary's opponent filed a supreme court appeal and five post-judgment motions, increasing my work. Gary did not understand that I had to preserve all of his arguments and respond to his opponent's filings.
