Unfortunately his ages shows. There should be a mandatory age to stop practicing. I had to write my own brief and trial documents. He backed out of my case six days before my trial and I was forced to act as my own attorney since the judge wouldn’t give any additional time. Mr Brown over charged me and charged me ten hours after he dropped my case. All attorneys are given an an open check book and can charge whatever about they choose. They do not keep track of hours and if you question the hours, the push back like crazy and try to make you feel like a fool. Mr Brown should retire since he can’t remember what your case is about.
Corrupt. Only out for himself. Worked hard against his own client at every turn. Added numerous unnecessary layers to the case to up his bill. Most overpriced lawyer in Akron. Asleep at the wheel. Eyes wide shut. Simply collecting money at this point.
