We were not pleased as it seemed that our insurance company handled the bulk of the work. And we could not believe the amount that they billed us for was correct. Had numerous phone calls into the office and few were returned. As well as the final billing was sent to the person we had the conflict with the first time, as they had the address wrong and did not even bother to correct it on the second copy that they mailed us.
