Michael DeCarlo received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Akron School of Law and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1986. Michael also is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Michael is an Ohio Bar Association Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law.

General business law, including formation of corporations (including professional, subchapter S, C, and tax exempt), partnerships, limited liability companies, documents governing entity operations, acquisitions, mergers, liquidations, asset and ownership interest transfers, and financing transactions.
