Hired Attorney

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services of Justine Winger, (formerly of Champion & Company, LPA, currently of Atlas Guardianship, Inc), trustee for my Aunt who passed in April 2019. Throughout this process, Justine has been unprofessional lacking communication, timely followup, return of phone calls and emails regarding my Aunt’s Trust, which has been frustrating to us, as beneficiaries. We were first contacted by Justine in October 2019 regarding my Aunt’s death in April, and were sent our distributions as her beneficiaries accordingly by May 2020. Final accounting (after disbursements, taxes, fees, etc,) shows last activity in December of 2021. After personally initiating communications with repeated followup requests with Justine Winger, her assistants, and her prior firm, June of 2023 we have finally received the final accounting, release, and refund of remaining funds to close the Trust. Specific examples of Justine Winger’s unprofessional behavior
