Our experience with Attorney John Hoffman was deeply disappointing and resulted in serious consequences for our family. He prepared my sister’s Last Will and Testament, which contained multiple errors, lacked the clarity and accuracy. Most concerning was the vague and poorly drafted language used to designate trust beneficiaries. His failure to clearly and correctly outline these appointments ultimately resulted in a $700,000 loss to the estate. Throughout the process, Mr. Hoffman was unresponsive. When pressed for help, the advice he offered was inadequate and further complicated matters. Given the significant legal and financial harm caused by his poor drafting, lack of follow-through, and ineffective counsel, I cannot recommend Mr. Hoffman for estate planning or probate work.
