Hired Attorney Thomas Davis

I obtained Barrett for my Workers Comp claim . He treated me with no respect example they usually pays for the reports and then get reimbursed, in my case he made me pay all fees upfront before anything is done. They rep stated why he's making you pay upfront when we covers the costs then reimburse. He put a not in my file to do so. And when we went for Permeant Total he hearing Judge ask him when the Doctor first mentioned his PD. He intentionally went back 3 years instead of what was in the record 8 yrs, so he would receive the back payment for himself without me receiving any of it, but just the monthly payments. I went to another Law firm which stated these facts and he cheated you out of at least $30,000 you should have received after his fee. Don't trust their judgement nor doing.I also had a VA claim my Lawyer was appointed SSA judge and Micheal Marshall took over. I moved my claim away from her and them
