Terrible experience We have repeatedly attempted to contact Barbara J. Rogachefsky, Hope, and Annie Hall regarding a $5,000 refund, yet no one has offered a direct or timely response. It is troubling that they were fully available to communicate on weekends when accepting payment, but now refuse to discuss a refund until a scheduled meeting on Monday at 1 p.m.—a delay that only wastes more precious time in an ongoing custody matter. To date, no substantive work has been completed on the case. Not a single motion has been filed, not even an entry of appearance—the most elementary step in representation. Instead, we’ve witnessed failed attempts to access the Cuyahoga County portal and have had to file our own motions and records requests to move things forward. It appears their focus is on prolonged billing rather than effective legal action, which is entirely unacceptable And should be illegal to some reasonable extent.
This law firm SUCKED ASSS!! I lost my case when I had all evidence to prove how horrible my abuser EX was! All Barbara did was sit there in court and not stick up for me and have my back . She had me pay her over $4,000 just to LOSE and let my abuser win and get everything he wanted! This law firm does not get back to your phone calls or messages! I had to go to the office a few times to speak to someone! But YET the second they need more money- they are on top of messaging you quickly! They wasted me and my sons time and FAILED US MAJORLY IN COURT!!! I’ve dealt with a nightmare ex and this law firm was a JOKE!
