David Hood was contacted by a family member after he was told by his first lawyer that he had no case and that no other attorney in the state would take his medical malpractice case. Not only did Mr. Hood show genuine concern for the ordeal my family member had been through, he also was determined to get the result that he knew this case deserved. He stayed in constant touch and his expertise resulted in a tremendous outcome! I cannot say enough about the quality representation that my family received by him and know that had we not called David Hood, that all of the pain and suffering that my family member went through would have had such a negative outcome...we cannot thank him enough for everything he did! I highly recommend this attorney. He knows exactly everything you thought you knew and can get the job done. After getting turned down for disability I was stuck and didn't know where to turn. Hiring David Hood to represent me in my SSDI case was a great experience. David met with me several times and was available at my request. His Assistant Tracey was very supportive as well in handling any requests for paperwork and staying on top of any requests from SS.
