Hired Attorney Jennifer Mook

I would highly suggest to avoid using this law office at all cost. As previous reviews on google and other sites have claimed; I paid phone consultation. Didn’t hear anything for a week, reached out, response from assistant was a payment link and retainer link. Never received a call or email from Jennifer, and only an email following my request to have retainer refunded after her office waited till Friday afternoon to request a DSS hearing change for Monday morning. $3000 later I have been charged for “her engagement” which is the equivalent of 4 emails, a summons hearing with incorrect PII and information (as a draft). Requested return of retainer 12/22. Received email 12/31 for invoice of 60% of retainer (retained 12/12). Invoice states billing a call never received. Non-certified letter received 1/13 with letter dated 1/8, missing email documentation I was told I would be provided and a summons and complaint document filled out with the basic info consultation document.

Hired Attorney Jennifer Mook

Doesn't communicate or return calls or emails. Makes you feel like she doesn't care and she probably doesn't. Wouldn't recommend her at all. Find someone else and hopefully they will be better at communication.
