Hired Attorney

Be careful with hiring Mr. Trevino for representation. I admit that I had not done my due diligence prior to meeting him as I found out later that he had been disbarred in another state. I hired him to be my attorney in a case that was centered around a tax issue while living in Texas. When I met with him for the initial consultation, it was clear he was drunk or under the influence of some substance. Sensing this, I hired another attorney, who was more serious about my case. Years later, I found out he was disbarred in Louisiana for a DUI. I hope he has gotten the help he needs and wish him well but am grateful for dodging that bullet. Just make sure you fully check him out and his checkered past.
