This may be a little bit outdated but he and his team represented me in 2000 for a slam dunk DUI case. No tempoloss of license and no restrictions. Completed the DuPage county required classes, paid the fine(s), may have had a probation period, don’t quite remember, and that was it. I had a previous felony for syndicated gambling 5 years prior, that the state entered into evidence requesting jail time, but wasn’t considered relevant fortunately by the judge. I was very pleased with his service. He personally appeared at my court dates and even handled a separate smaller case for me gratis. I can’t speak highly enough of this attorney and his practice.

He may look a little unorthodox and he did not personally ever come to my cases, but his staff of lawyers did a great job making sure that I did not get screwed by the system. By their persistence, they made the state prove that I was not drunk when I wrecked my motorcycle. The state was dragging their feet on the blood test that I submitted on the night of the accident and John Carbon's lawyer made sure they produced it right away.

The only thing I have to say about this attorney is: STAY AWAY! He is an ambulance chaser, and will take you for every last penny you have. He is a big talker and no action.
