Hired Attorney John Carbon Jr.

This may be a little bit outdated but he and his team represented me in 2000 for a slam dunk DUI case. No tempoloss of license and no restrictions. Completed the DuPage county required classes, paid the fine(s), may have had a probation period, don’t quite remember, and that was it. I had a previous felony for syndicated gambling 5 years prior, that the state entered into evidence requesting jail time, but wasn’t considered relevant fortunately by the judge. Lived happily ever after. Thanks John Carbon and team

Hired Attorney John Carbon Jr.

I was very pleased with his service. He personally appeared at my court dates and even handled a separate smaller case for me gratis. I can’t speak highly enough of this attorney and his practice.

Hired Attorney John Carbon Jr.

He may look a little unorthodox and he did not personally ever come to my cases, but his staff of lawyers did a great job making sure that I did not get screwed by the system. By their persistence, they made the state prove that I was not drunk when I wrecked my motorcycle. The state was dragging their feet on the blood test that I submitted on the night of the accident and John Carbon's lawyer made sure they produced it right away.

Hired Attorney John Carbon Jr.

The only thing I have to say about this attorney is: STAY AWAY! He is an ambulance chaser, and will take you for every last penny you have. He is a big talker and no action.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
