Hired Attorney

Hired him for a simple case. He overcharged and charged for things he did not do. He took me to court to get his fees charged over the retainer, and he LOST his case. From my experience both him and his staff are not honest. If any of them say they sent something, it’s most likely not true. He has a poor record when it comes to money and handling of it. Some is public record, other ethics violations do not show online. I know because I filed a complaint and he was found in violation in Minnesota.
