Hired Attorney

After three months of conferences, letters and phone calls to the other attorney, Mr. Damasiewicz informed me that the other attorney did not represent the client I was attempting to have prosecuted, in efforts of protecting my inheritance from dishonest family members. My retainer and a substantial additional amount was gone! He took almost a year's wages to tell me that the other attorney he had been corresponding with for three months did not represent the client I was attempting to sue.
