Ms. Stone initially represented that she handled personal injury matters, but later stated that my case supposedly lacked evidence and, in the same breath, admitted she did not have sufficient experience to handle it. Her withdrawal under these circumstances struck me as both unprofessional and misleading. In my judgment, her conduct reflected a serious lack of diligence, candor, and competence in personal injury representation.
