Bantz, Gosch & Cremer, L.L.C. was founded in Aberdeen, South Dakota, in 1963 by Douglas W. Bantz. After concluding his active practice in 1979, Bantz was of counsel to the firm until his death in 1983. In 1972, Kennith Gosch joined the firm. The firm now consists of eight attorneys, Ken Gosch (1972), Jim Cremer (1978), Rory King (2002), Greg Peterson (1981), Melissa Neville (2002), Justin Scott (2008), Marshall Lovrien (2010) and Aaron Sandvig (2014).

Mrs. Neville went above her services to me during my divorce, when I sent an email or made a phone call to her she always responded to my questions within the hour or before the end of her work day. I would definitely rate Mrs. Neville higher if I could on her communication, responsiveness and quality of service. My divorce was a little easier know Mrs. Neville was working for myself and my children.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
