Keith Douglas Vance is a plaintiff’s trial lawyer representing people injured in automobile, semi‑truck and motorcycle collisions, as well as victims of defective products, intentional acts, and medical negligence. A native of Colorado’s San Luis Valley, he was raised on a cattle ranch near Manassa. He earned his undergraduate degree from Adams State College in 1994—putting himself through school by driving semi trucks—and received his J.D. with honors from the University of Nebraska in 1997, where he clerked for the Honorable Donald Endacott. Vance began his career defending insurers and negligent drivers at Wittman & McCord but in 2000 switched to representing injured plaintiffs exclusively. He is licensed in Colorado and Nebraska, is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Colorado Bar Association, and the San Luis Valley Bar Association, and attended Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College in 2005. He has tried numerous jury and bench trials to verdict, recovering several million dollars for clients. He is married, has four children, and enjoys hunting, fishing, and community involvement.
