Martin & Jones is dedicated to the representation of plaintiffs in tort and insurance claims. The firm is comprised of seven attorneys litigating claims in state and federal courts. The firm has offices in Raleigh, Durham and Wilmington, North Carolina, but its practice is by no means limited to these areas. Hired Attorney Huntington M. Willis

Martin & Jones is a very good law firm and Hunt Willis is a great attorney there to have on your case. Hunt helped my husband and myself when we were hit head on by an out of control driver in 2018. Hunt was very knowledgeable about insurance and hospital billing issues and took the time to explain everything to us. He was also very responsive to any questions we had. We were very satisfied with the outcome of our case and so appreciative for all that he did to bring it to a successful conclusion. I would not hesitate to hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone in need of a caring attorney.

I recently had to deal with chemotherapy, radiation and a couple of surgeries to treat a serious cancer caused by a toxic exposure. My exposure had been many years ago, but after a consultation with the lawyers at Martin & Jones, I decided to file suit. My suit was led by Carrie Guest, and I could not be more impressed. She was informative, understanding and intelligent in her gathering of information and how she compiled all of the info into my portion of the lawsuit. I had a very positive result, and I will be forever grateful to Martin & Jones but specifically Carrie Guest. I highly recommend Carrie and If I ever need a lawyer for anything, she will always be the first person to cal. You should to.

My six year old son was attacked viciously by our neighbor's dog on our property. Although, I live in Wilmington, NC, I am grateful to have been recommended this exceptional Raleigh attorney and law firm. Forest Horne was professional, extremely competent, but also personable. The communication from Forest and his paralegal Susan was exemplary. They went above and beyond throughout the entire process and we swiftly achieved a positive settlement. I cannot recommend Forest highly enough.
