I worked with attorney Lindt in my divorce and property settlement...he knew I didn't have much money but he helped me anyway. He was on top of things and steered me in the right direction. It was a pleasure working with him
RUN AWAY_ RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS GUY! Horrible experience. It took two weeks to get ahold of him for starters. I wanted to do an uncontested divorce. Drew up all the details as to how the property & possessions were divided. Literally all he had to do was take the typed up list and pop it into a template. He estimated it might be 5 or 6 hours work. I sent him all the information on April 1. He hopped to start on it on April 2. I emailed him again on April 8th and he said "I will try to do that tomorrow". Emailed again midday on Friday April 12 to get a status report. I received an email on Monday April 15 in the afternoon that said he would "aim to do it in the next few days." I sent him an email back asking if he could commit to completing the work by next Thursday the 25th giving union 8 full business days (plus a weekend) to do 5 or 6 hours work. He never responded. It's April 17 and I fired him yesterday.
Working with this Lawyer was the worse experience I've ever had in my life!!!He doesn't remember anything and is too old to be practicing.He forgot everything.He didn't turn in most of my evidence at the due date that the Judge would except evidence so I was defenseless.I lost my son because of his incompetence!!!I was being scolded by the Judge about not providing medical care for my children Which was a lie,we had a folder full of invoices from St.Francis hospital and AI Dupont childrens hospital from different visits showing the judge was wrong and Alfred Lindh didn't object and show the evidence!!!He sat their and did nothing!!I was accused of not registering my children in school on time and I explained we did try multiple times but it was a delay with the school and we couldn't do anything about it,we finally received a letter confirming what we said from the school social worker but Alfred Lindh didn't attempt to turn it in until 2 weeks after I gave it to him so it was denied!!
