I got myself into a jam and hired Ben Lutgen, at Kim and Lavon, to represent me. He kept me informed at every step of the status of my case. At the hearing, the judge said I had a very good attorney. He was so thorough and provided information not normally provided by most attorneys. The judge said it was because of Attorney Lutgen’s expertise that he ruled in my favor. I hope to never have need of an attorney again in the future, but if I find myself in need of legal assistance, I will definitely call on Attorney Ben Lutgen.

This it the first review I’ve ever written, the reason I’m taking the time to do so is because after I was released from jail for my 3rd DUI I was terrified! I called Ben, he immediately calmed me down and explained exactly what was going to happen next. He agreed to be there with me 5 days later for the pretrial. Ben knew exactly what I was looking at for jail time and stressed that ultimately it’s up to the judge. He explained that for the best possible outcome I needed to put in the effort. With Ben’s experience working with these specific cases he knew what I needed to do to show the judge that I’m taking this seriously. Leading up to sentencing I was very nervous, I remember Ben saying to me “ you did everything right, its out of your hands” the way he presented my case to the judge actually made me like myself a little more. My case may be different than others but I ended up serving 35 days in Huber. For this I can’t thank him enough and am more than happy to leave a review.
