Divorce and custody battle of a child is a very stressful event that can happen to anyone . Having a lawyer that knows what he is doing is the best thing ever. Mr David is a perfect gentle man. Punctual at every trial, Never late or miss a courtdate. He meets with you to explain what is going on and next action to take. He won me an absolute divorced with the full legal and physical custody of my daughter . Yes I am a father.

Seeing a lawyer can be a bit intimidating when you first walk in, but not so with David and his firm, right away he put me at ease with his calm and warm demeanor. I walked in feeling overwhelmed and a little confused about my situation, but David was extremely knowledgeable and professional so I quickly became more confident in my case. Again, David is a true professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of help. Thank you David! You've made a huge impact in my life!

Hired Attorney David D. Nowak Esq.

David was more than just professional, he was sympathetic and reassuring throughout my entire experience with him. I left his office with a confidence that everything was going to be alright since I had him in my corner. He has a true understanding of the law and was able to present it to me in a way I could easily understand. I have used other lawyers in the past, but none have instilled the confidence or appeared to care as much as David. I would recommend him for almost any type of case.

Mr. Nowak was very good about answering my questions and giving me legal guidance for my divorce. There was a particular part during my divorce that my husband had moved funds in a retirement account; although somewhat necessary, he and his lawyer did not communicate the information. Mr. Nowak waited until the appropriate time and did deal with it legally. The way he handled this, I was able to give appropriate feedback to my ex and it helped to make him aware he should have done it differently
