I had an issue with a neighboring tenant who was blocking access to my lot. Jason sent them a well-worded letter, and the tenant immediately began working with my real estate agent, and unlocked the gate which was an easement to my lot. I appreciate that Jason produced the most direct, cost-effective solution for my situation in a timely manner.

Jason was referred to me by my lawyer who doesn’t handle real estate matters. Time was of the essence and Jason got onto my issue quickly, did what I asked and in the end I got the result I was hoping for. He also was candid about the process going forward including costs if the first tactic didn’t work. So I appreciated going into this with clear expectations and knowing what plan B was if necessary.

I wish I could give Mr. Barth more stars than five. He was very responsive from the beginning. As you can imagine, I was scared and didn't know who to turn to when I found out that I was named in a $2,000,000.00 lawsuit. Give this man a cape, because he is a true super hero attorney. Mr. Barth figured out right away that I should have never been named as a defendant in the case, but we still had to fight it. He clearly explained my options from the beginning and was thorough about what the worst outcome could be. There were 4 serious charges against me, and Mr. Barth was able to get 3 of them shortly removed and the last charge was negotiated down to a $1,000 payment for me to be removed completely from the case. I'm thinking, $1000 and I'm out, let's do it. However, Mr. Barth even got that removed and I was released from the case. My siblings and I had just lost our father and in trying to settle his estate we ran into a very complex situation. I was referred to Jason from a friend of mine and right off the bat he listened and was ready to work our case. Through the entire process, Jason always responded in a timely manner and available to address any and all concerns. I have had experience with attorneys in the past and they are so hard to get a hold of once you hire them. He showed concern and compassion through our difficult time and situation and gave us peace of mind that he knew how to handle our case. He is very professional and knowledgeable.
