She is a real nice person great to talk to but it took a really long time for the law suit and it cost a whole lot. I might or might not use her again it depends on what I needed her for.
I would not recommend Jason Delgado. I would not sign a contract while he sits on a decision based on his own medical investigation. His claim to fame is honesty and 20 yr knowledge. In my case he tied the case up 4 months giving a reason he should have known within days . He is a lawyer not a Dr. and my case refected that. The case was regarding two hospitals. Select was the first hospital with a 8 days stay. This hospital had nothing to do with wounds. 8 days deadly wounds listed on a autopsy? The second was Halifax a 5 month stay with a small wound upon admission the size of a thumb nail with 4 others into the bone listed as the casue of death. Jasons response was he had a wound upon admission . That wound was well documented in a PET scan. The point is do not sign a contract based on Jason's opinion. Force his opinion as an attorney, and no signature until a DOCTOR reviews the records.
