They charge 100$ for a consultation and spend the entire time arguing and talking over you, while refusing to actually listen. John Baker is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Your money is better spent with a more competent lawyer.
James Baker filed a civil case on my behalf, then pursued it vigorously and mostly to my satisfaction until shortly before and during trial, when he abruptly requested dismissal of a key defendant wishing to settle, inexplicably abandoned claims/individual defendants and created a plaintiff consequence he withheld from me until too late to rectify. Although I won my major claim, IMO those who benefited most from Baker’s legal strategy were he and my State defendants.

Mr. Krajewski had issues with memory, competence, and other issues. I would not recommend him.
Do not trust this attorney, particularly if you are dealing with a State employment or harassment case in February. Mr. Baker assured me I had a valid claim, we went through all the meetings & telephone interviews, and when it came time to provide valid evidence, he failed me. I provided him a written document of more than 30 pages over two weeks before our September deadline to Human Rights. I called his office five times in five days, just ensure he forwarded the package of memos, written instructions, copies of discipline threats, harassment & other forms proving unfair treatment. He assured me it would be sent to Human Rights by the deadline. In November, I received the formal case determination and I LOST MY CASE because THERE WAS NEVER ANY EVIDENCE SUBMITTED TO HUMAN RIGHTS!!! Mr. Baker NEVER SENT MY EVIDENCE & I lost my case. RUN FROM THIS MAN!!! He failed me and then lied to the ARDC about it. He is guilty of Attorney Malpractice and he KNOWS IT!!!
Mr Baker, once his contract was signed, failed to provide services or communicate.
