Never gets back with you, multiple attempts to contact her and never responded until we had to call her boss. Completely unprepared and unknowledgeable with our case. She did not follow through with agreed upon plans. She was supposed to copy us in on all communications within the case and never did. We were always wondering and waiting as to what was happening with our case. Everything was last minute and disorganized. Save yourself time and money and avoid her and this entire firm, horrible experience.

Hired Attorney Brian Walker

Absolute worse attorney I've ever worked with! He was a fill-in for one of his associate lawyers. We were notified of the last minute change 1 business day before our hearing. No phone call, just an email assuring us that he was fully aware of our case and up to speed. He showed up 5 min before our hearing. He did not prepare for our case and had no idea what was pre arranged at earlier hearings. He made agreements with the other attorney without our consent during a 15min side bar just before the hearing, and un did all we had been working towards. He did NOT represent us at all, the ones that are paying him, almost felt like he was working for the other party. He actually made a bad situation worse, his behavior and conduct was inexcusable. Would never recommend him or this firm, worse decision ever.

Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
